Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the 11600 platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or engaging in any betting activity — you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 11600 platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users who are below the required age are prohibited from registering or accessing any 11600 services.

Account Creation & User Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 11600 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 11600 support team immediately.

  • One account per person — no exceptions.
  • Registration details must be accurate and verifiable.
  • Passwords must not be shared with any other party.
  • Identity verification may be required at any time.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 11600 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purposes, fraud, system manipulation, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

  • Use of automation software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate game outcomes or the betting process.
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs within the platform.
  • Colluding with other users to circumvent the system or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Transferring funds between different user accounts without authorisation.
  • Providing false or misleading information during the verification process.

11600 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including placing a hold on withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing.

Payments, Deposits & Financial Transactions

All transactions on the 11600 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in their own name. The use of another person's bank account or e-wallet is strictly prohibited.

Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been successfully verified. Processing times vary depending on the method used — e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay are generally faster than standard bank transfers. For withdrawals, users must have completed the identity verification process beforehand.

  • All transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  • Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered under the verified user's name.
  • Withdrawals require completed identity verification.
  • 11600 reserves the right to decline or suspend any suspicious transactions.

Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed.

Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy

The 11600 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical disruptions. 11600 is not liable for any financial losses arising from technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our control.

11600 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Requests from the relevant authorities.

Regarding intellectual property, all content on the 11600 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, and text — is the exclusive property of 11600. No part of this content may be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without written authorisation.

This platform may contain links to third-party services. 11600 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

11600 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 11600 platform will be resolved through the appropriate dispute resolution channels as provided under the relevant legislation.
